MDDUS Solutions (the operating name of MDDUS Services Limited, MSL) is an insurance intermediary wholly owned by MDDUS (The Medical and Dental Defence Union of Scotland) and incorporated in Scotland (SC615691). Its registered office is 206 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG. MSL is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 915843).

MDDUS Solutions is able to arrange a number of products on an insurance or a discretionary basis option, including the MCCI and DCCI products. All insurance products sourced by MDDUS Solutions are underwritten by authorised and regulated insurance companies, details of which are available on request.

Discretionary products are provided by MDDUS and are not regulated products/services. MDDUS Membership is also provided by MDDUS and is not a regulated product/service. The MDDUS is not an insurance company. All the benefits of MDDUS are discretionary as set out in the Articles of Association.
